We are honoured to bring this Champagne of choice to join our leading chef-led restaurants and world-famous food hall destinations to our iconic department store in Knightsbridge. The largest stand-alone Champagne bar in Europe and the first to have its own permanent space, we are joining forces to elevate and deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. Intimate in its size, dramatic in its architecture, and unrivalled in decadence to indulge the senses, the Moet and Chandon Champagne Bar is set to be the must-visit place in the capital for Champagne lovers to enjoy the spirit the glamour of the renowned house.

We are now looking for a Bartender who is an expert in all things Champagne and a strong advocate of Moet and Chandon; it makes you tick, and your passion is obvious. You can tell stories about where Champagne comes from, the rich history behind the iconic drink and brand and make great recommendations. Being a Bartender for you isn’t just about making and serving fantastic cocktails and the finest champagne, it’s about creating exceptionally personalised experiences for our customers.

About you

• It’s likely you have experience in a premium restaurant, but it isn’t essential
• You’re passionate about food and beverage and keen to build a catering career
• You’re cool, calm, collected – and able to think on your feet
• You’re reliable and work well in a team – pitching in without being asked
• You appreciate that the little details create lasting impressions

• The Bar Tender position offers a salary package of up to £29,410.00 per annum* (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge)
• Set contracted hours – paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of 1.5 p/h

All staff in the Front of House team share the funds equally between members based on the number of hours worked including approved annual leave.
