Resourcing Partner
Our Store Development Team are now looking for a Multi Service Group Team Leader to join them. You will manage a team of two and look after the day-day logistics of our facilities projects on site, helping teams move fixtures around the shop floor, getting deliveries in and out of site, keeping everything tidy, and ensuring construction projects do not disrupt the shop floor.
Sitting at the heart of the business you will be liaising with all of our teams to make things happen, so strong relationship and communication skills along with excellent organisation is key to thriving in this role.
About the Role
In this role you will provide clear direction and guidance to your team. With numerous requests coming in daily you will need to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including c-suite, setting clear timelines and providing regular updates on projects.
You will need to prioritise projects in line with business needs and empower your team to always act to the highest standards, putting health and safety at the forefront and ensuring they operate in an efficient and productive manner.

- Manage and lead the Multi Service Gang (MSG) of two from the front in all aspects of their day to day duties, managing the weekly rota ensuring that adequate MSG cover is in place at all times.
- Monitor the output and prioritise tasks in response to the demands of the business.
- Set clearly defined objectives.
- Give appropriate support and relevant coaching and training to develop your team
- Ensure an exceptionally high level of performance is promoted and maintained.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all teams across the business.
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately.
- Be proactive for getting things done, driving tasks through to completion to deliver what has been promised.
- Regularly review procedures for improvements in efficiency and working practices.
Please note:
- This role will require heavy lifting and may involve working at height when your team are absent or there is a high number of requests.
- Shift pattern to suit the needs of the business for a 45 hour week over 7 days.
About You
You will lead from the front, and be happy to help your team with the daily tasks of lifting and moving when needed. You will be able to adapt your communication style effectively from dealing with external suppliers to c-suite, be an expert problem solver and always happy to help with any job no matter how big or small.

- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong customer services focus, when dealing with both internal and external parties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good PC literacy.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Enthusiasm: willingness to learn and adapt while maintaining a high level of energy in a
- pressurised department.
- Good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed and organisation of MSG’s.
