Come and join our prestigious team as a Sales Associate in Fine Watches and embark on a journey into the world of horological excellence.

We are looking for candidates to work on a Part Time basis and be flexible with their approach to working.

About the Role

As a Fine Watches Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in representing our division and guiding our customers through the extraordinary world of high-end timepieces.

You will provide a world-class service and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge. You will build a strong relationships with our loyal clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in selecting the perfect timepiece, understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and educating customers about the craftsmanship and history behind each watch.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met, and they become loyal customers.
  • Collaborating with the management team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in creating memorable and personalized shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations.

About you

You may, or may not have experience within a retail environment, we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Passion for luxury watches and a deep appreciation for horological artistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or sales is a plus but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
  • Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure.
  • Enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and seasonal periods to accommodate our clientele's needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle high-value transactions with integrity.
