About You
You are a supportive team player. Enjoying a fast-paced and varied role, you will thrive under pressure and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. An expert communicator, you will effectively establish relationships with key internal teams. Strong verbal and written skills are vital for the role.

What to Expect?
This is a fixed term role until February 2020 in the Retail Communications team. Based at Knightsbridge, your main role will be to deliver key communications to the retail team providing clear and effective information through different channels as well as administrative support. Adopting an innovative and collaborative approach you will support the team to deliver operational information and updates across all retail touch-points ensuring the Harrods brand values are reflected in all interactions and processes.

Key activities include planning, editing and writing content; ensuring messages are consistent across the business; monitoring the shared email account and replying to queries.
