About the Role
As a Reward & Benefits Advisor you will be supporting the Reward & Benefits Manager in the day-to-day administration and cyclical activities of the Reward & Benefits function. You will be expected to provide basic analytical support within excel and execute business processes in Workday. You will also be supporting colleagues and leaders with Reward & Benefits policy, and provide case support relating to colleagues’ total reward packages.
You will need to be pro-active, solutions focused and driving continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects across the team such as restructuring, benefits, annual cycle review, holidays, job profiles and benchmarking.
About You
You will have knowledge and experience on how reward and benefits work within an organisation, along with an inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving our processes and rewards and benefits offering.
You’ll have proven experience in basic analytics with the desire to learn more as well as intermediate Excel skills (pivots, Lock-Ups). You’ll have Ability to support on multiple projects and tasks across a broad range of projects, and be able to prioritise your work accordingly. You’ll have experience of managing internal stakeholder up to senior level, with strong communication skills and a desire to exceed expectations.
