We have built our reputation as the best place in the world for customer service and always strive to be better. Without the insight from our Customer Research Team we would not understand our customers or be able to tailor our approach to their experience.

We want to add more expertise to the team. The complexity of the projects planned is increasing so we are now looking for a Senior Customer Research Executive to join on a 6 month fixed term contract to take on some of the highly strategic research projects that will influence the direction and decisions at a senior level.

The team work closely together to gather data and it will be up to you to finalise the findings and present back to the business. You can be creative with your screeners and discussion guides, have fun with your research sessions and presenting. The team will look to you for new ideas and strategies; we’re excited to bring in someone who really wants to influence change.

We are looking for someone proactive and organised, with strong time management skills and confidence in their abilities. You will have a market research background and are used to managing the full research project lifecycle with minimal senior support, with experience of both qualitative and quantitative research, and experience in managing research agencies. Excel and PowerPoint skills are second nature to you, you love presenting and finding new ways to report your ideas.
