Social Media Project Manager

The Project Manager for the social team will be reporting to the Lead Project Manager. You will act as the central point of contact for all social project related issues from the business. Ensuring the smooth running of projects from initial brief, through concept development, artwork, approvals, and publishing.

The Project Manager will need to work evenings and weekends when necessary for events and fashion weeks, and be willing to operate at all levels in order to push the work over the line.

About You

Organisation and time management skills are key as you will be responsible for setting up project meetings and taking initial briefs from the business, preparing project schedules, and assigning projects to the appropriate designer and copywriter. Budget Management will be a key part of the role, including raising purchase orders and other administrative tasks. You will be expected to complete projects successfully within the allocated time period and budget.

You must have strong relationship building skills and communication is a key part of the role. You will be expected to regularly communicate with the other Project Managers across the department on projects. You will also need to sustain a positive outlook and stay calm under pressure.
