Our Stock Operations team are now looking for a Stock Control Specialist.

In the role of Stock Control Specialist, you will report to the Stock Operations Manager and be responsible for offering crucial analytical insights and trend analyses. These insights will be integral to facilitating efficient goods flow and supporting the stock management process.

You will take charge of reporting, driving continuous improvement, and assuming a key role in brand scans and comprehensive site stocktakes.

About The Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

Reporting and Insights

· Manage timely resolution of stock audits, addressing stock discrepancies and keeping the Stock Operations Manager informed about unresolved matters.

· Investigate and rectify negative balances, Out of Stocks (OOS), and incorrect corrections.

· Analyse data and effectively communicate findings to internal stakeholders.

Systems

· Ensure Operations team members are well-versed in current SAP functionalities.

· Maintain updated administrative reports and accurate filing of relevant paperwork.

Team Supervision

· Take charge of the Stock Operative team in the Stock Operations Manager's absence, overseeing tasks, enforcing procedures, and maintaining team awareness.

· Allocate resources based on daily tasks, stocktake plans, and promotions to meet deadlines effectively.

About You

You will have strong time-management and multitasking abilities. You will be able to confidently communicate with your colleagues and wider team, including interactions with Senior Managers. You will be proficient in working independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

You’ll also have :

· A prior knowledge of SAP (preferable).

· Experience working and delivering to KPI’s and targets.
