Stock Operative

Our Stock Operations team at Heathrow Airport are now looking for a fulltime Stock Operative to join them in our Heathrow location across terminals 3 and 4.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing paperwork, handling email communications, performing stock adjustments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. You will support stock replenishment and rotate between different terminals quarterly, based on operational needs.

You will also:

• Maintain stockrooms in an organized, clean condition, adhering to Health & Safety standards
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and packing of merchandise, including manual lifting and pump truck operation
• Demonstrate basic IT skills and proficiency in email communication
• Show strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing paperwork
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams

This role is fully on site, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday and one Saturday a month.

About You

You will be self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is essential, as you’ll be responsible for checking key details of luxury orders daily.

You will also be:

• A strong team player and take pride in delivering work to the highest Harrods standard.
• Able to demonstrate excellent time management and flexibility to support the team.
• Hard-working, quick-thinking, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative when needed.
