Supply Chain Planning Administrator

Our Supply Chain team are now looking for an Administrator to support across the distribution function. The Thatcham based supply chain team is a vital part of the Harrods success story, our warehouse is at the heart of our international distribution service and a key cog in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

About The Role 

This role plays a key part in the smooth running of the supply chain function, for working alongside the Buying teams and internal departments to check and upload stock queries, ensuring we have communicated all required information for a smooth resolution process.
In this role you will be responsible for:
•    Accurately investigating and uploading Trouble Shipments, providing summary tables and relevant information of delivery issues
•    Providing collection details for RTV’s once received into TVDC and facilitating collections and dispatches
•    Ensuring all physical stock accurately represents systematic stock holding, experience using Excel and SAP if preferable but not necessary

About You 

With a commitment to our high service standards and strong customer focus, you must be meticulous in your approach with a very keen eye for detail. You will be using online systems in your day to day with the verifying process, you will need to be computer literate. Having background in using SAP systems would be advantageous. You should be able to work flexible hours and days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role. Numerical, literacy and communication skills are essential.
