Our Talent Acquisition team are looking for a Talent Experience Coordinator to assist with attracting and selecting exceptional people who want to be a part shaping the future of Harrods.
In this role you will act as a candidate experience ambassador ensuring a positive experience at all touch points through the Harrods recruitment process, from screening niche level roles to arranging bulk level recruitment events, no day is the same within our Recruitment team.
About the Role
You will provide a great candidate experience to all candidates interviewing and applying to Harrods, assessing and selecting the best talent for our teams.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team you will also:
- Provide an outstanding experience for internal and external candidates.
- Work together with the Talent Partners to screen and source candidates across various divisions.
- Manage candidate communication and providing a clear application status for all candidates and Talent Partners.
- Create and manage job adverts ensuring all roles are advertised in Workday and relevant channels.
- Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes.
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities to support business initiatives.
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of Harrods Assessment Centres.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills and enjoy speaking to people on a daily basis. Ideally you will also have experience in a recruitment environment, or from a retail/hospitality business.
In addition to this we are also looking for the following qualities :
- Experience in working in a fast paced environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management & admin skills
- An open and honest communication style
- A passion for people
- Values that align with our own
