About us

Our partnership with Farfetch marks the next stage in our online growth as it enables us to deliver a better shopping experience for each of our customers, all over the world. Our Online Trading team drive our digital sales and margins by making sure our offers are competitive and reflect customers’ needs. Their key challenge is to develop the right brand and product mix to drive online sales and increase profitability.

About you

A strong, commercial and analytical ecommerce professional, you’ll lead a team influencing brand management, pricing, selling and merchandising. As well as introducing new brands to the site, you’ll extend ranges, help shape campaigns and negotiate exclusive deals. This will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially our marketing and buying and merchandising teams.

As well as analysing sales and performance metrics, you’ll help influence user experiences. This means you’ll need to combine ecommerce expertise with creativity and strong people skills. More specifically, we’re looking for someone:

• With experience in e-commerce
• A passion and focus on trade as opposed to marketing
• Experience of stock management systems and business performance reporting
• Someone who can build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the shop-floor team
• With a sense of pride in what you do and the desire to exceed expectations
• Who has experience in coaching and mentoring a team
