The role of a Beauty Concierge within Skincare, centres around a passion for world class service and helping clients in their search for the ‘right’ product; this can range from exceptional scents they might never of smelled before, introducing them to a new dream skin care routine or must have make up product that suits their needs and is ultimately the right product for them.

About the Role

At Harrods, we’re one of the world’s leading luxury department stores for all things beauty and skincare. We are looking for someone with a true passion for skincare, building strong relationships with clients and brands across the business.

The duties of this role will include:

  • Selling products and services.
  • Supporting the store team to build a local client network in the London and surrounding areas.
  • Reviewing sales and Rewards cards data to identify customers to attend exclusive in store shopping events.
  • Conducting consultations with clients introducing new products to their beauty or skincare routines.
  • Managing a Customer Relationship Management portfolio, have some systems knowledge (i.e. Zendesk) and prioritise and organise your appointments/diary accordingly.
  • Attending team briefings and brand training sessions to further your knowledge.
  • Delivering regular training sessions to the team on specific products as required.

About You

You will have a keen interest in all things Beauty, including skincare, with a variety of product knowledge. You will also be true beauty fanatic who takes pride in knowing when the new launches drop, the best products for an individual’s needs and have a keen interest to learn more about skincare, make up and fragrance. Being proactive at building, maintaining and cultivating cross functional relationships with all divisions within beauty will be something that comes naturally to you in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and increase sales revenues.
