Are you a mechanical and/or electrical engineer with experience in BMS & HVAC systems?  Do you want to transpose your skillset into our intricate, unique Knightsbridge store? Our Store Operations team is looking for a BMS & HVAC Technician.

We provide a luxury experience for our customers, and this means pristine working order all the way from our below-street level boiler room to the 12,000 lamps which light up the buildings’ façade. Customer service - via the output of mechanical and electrical systems - is the teams’ top priority. 

This role is to work during days from 7am until 7pm on a 4 days on 4 days off rota. 

About You

You have experience of BMS and its associated mechanical and electrical controls (or the desire to expand your current skillset.

You’ll understand environmental control management, with practical and theoretical knowledge of maintaining comfortable conditions throughout a large building, and have experience of managing deadlines of works and adhering to SLAs & KPIs.  

You’ll also have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • Knowledge of Schneider or other BMS systems would be an advantage.
  • Experience of heating and ventilation system and controls.
  • Working experience of control systems and the interpretation of control drawings as well as monitoring and maintaining the upkeep for a full associated plant (including chillers, pumps, AHU, control panels, motorised dampers etc.)
