We are currently recruiting for a Brand Engagement Manager to join our exciting Private Shopping team. The role of Brand Engagement Manager will be to collaborate with the Private Shopping Director, key business stakeholders and external partners to propose a structured approach to engagement with key brand partners.

About the Role

As our Brand Engagement Manager your role will include designing, evolving and implementing how the business can be most effective at meeting the needs of both our clients and brands. You will ensure that our clients have access to all the products and experiences that they request, that our team is knowledgeable and informed of all opportunities, exclusives and trends, and that our brands feel they have a strong partner in us to deliver commercial results and brand loyalty.

  • In this role, you will also be responsible for:
  • Coordination of VVIC client insight reporting which demonstrates and potentially predicts trends, needs and opportunities.
  • Understanding the Private Shopping client segments inside and out. You will be the voice of the client on behalf of the Private Shopping Department, to commercial and brand teams.
  • Building a calendar of opportunities across: experiences, events, gifting and training ensuring that the right teams are aware and leveraging all opportunities.
  • Using insights from the Client Development Team (CRM) and input from sales to propose client invite lists for different types of brand-led events.
  • Scheduling trainings and Brand immersion opportunities for the Sales team, encourage attendance and track results.

About You

You will be an individual that is extremely organized and commercially astute. Someone that is able to adapt their approach to match and influence those around them, using clear communications skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation.

In addition to this, we are also looking for someone who possesses the below:

  • Proven experience in luxury, ideally within a VVIC environment; where they understand the luxury client lifestyle and different client demographics.
  • Has a strong network of brand contacts and has the gravitas and status to navigate the ‘shades of grey’ to deliver outcomes for our most valued clients.
  • Someone who bases decisions in data and is interested in the story told by customer insights
  • Credible and trustworthy with high levels of integrity.
  • Confident working with data and reporting and ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Live and breath the Harrods brand and represent our ‘leader in luxury’ persona with top brand partners.
