The Chef De Partie role is to act as a vital part of the team by ensuring the smooth operation of an outlet and supporting the Restaurant Manager with management tasks and ensuring the highest standard of food production and service. You’ll be responsible for the operation and organisation of the Kitchen by setting daily production levels and guidelines and delegating to the team. As the Chef de Partie, you’ll be managing the planning and forecasting of stock levels and orders, always ensuring compliance to all internal systems including SAP, and Workday. In this role, you’ll also guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all food-related outlets.

About you.

You’ll have a strong track record of hospitality experience, preferably with a prestigious hotel or high-end restaurant. Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels. Having good PC literacy is a must (Word, Excel and preferably SAP).
