We’re looking for a driven Corporate Partnership Manager to grow and manage high-value relationships that deliver measurable impact.

About the Role

As Corporate Partnership Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing partnership strategies within the financial services sector to drive incremental revenue and acquire new high-spending customers. You’ll manage existing partner relationships, expand the partnership pipeline, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating and delivering activity plans with financial services partners that meet agreed objectives.
  • Proactively managing, monitoring, and reporting on partnership performance, including income generation and customer acquisition.
  • Building strong partner relationships, ensuring expectations are met, and providing thorough post-campaign reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (creative, loyalty, CRM, customer service, and marketing) to deliver flawless execution of partner activities.
  • Managing contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will be an experienced account manager with a strong background in partnership management, ideally within financial services and across multiple regions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing commercial focus with relationship-building expertise. You are confident managing complex projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across internal and external teams.

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience in account management (4+ years), ideally with international financial services partners.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
