Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to drive Harrods’ TikTok presence with engaging, trend-led and luxury-aligned social content. Please attach your portfolio as a PDF document where possible to be considered.
About the Role
As a Content Creator, you’ll be at the heart of Harrods’ social storytelling, producing dynamic platform-native content that keeps us culturally relevant and connected with our audience. You’ll work closely with divisional editors, the Social Media Executive and report into the Art Director to bring bold ideas to life – from trend-driven reactive moments to strategic campaigns – ensuring all content is distinctly Harrods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing the TikTok content calendar in line with audience insights and brand strategy.
- Leading end-to-end content creation – from ideation and filming to editing and publishing.
- Staying on top of TikTok trends and pitching creative, reactive content opportunities.
- Using analytics and industry insights to optimise performance and evolve content approaches.
- Collaborating across Creative Studio and wider teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be a natural storyteller with a passion for TikTok, thriving in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets cultural awareness. You’ll bring both technical editing skills and a sharp eye for luxury-led execution, ensuring every piece of content is as polished as it is engaging. Highly organised and collaborative, you’ll balance trend-driven ideas with strategic thinking to help grow Harrods’ digital presence.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience creating and editing TikTok-native content, with strong skills in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- A strong grasp of TikTok trends, best practices, and analytics.
- An understanding of luxury brands and how to translate them into compelling, social-first content.
