Join our Brand Experience Division as a Partnerships Operations Executive, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering excellence across our Partnerships Media Portfolio.

About the Role

As a key member of the Partnerships Strategy & Operations team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our partnerships run seamlessly – from media bookings to campaign execution. Acting as a channel expert, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and commercial excellence across our Online, Publishing, and Windows portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily planning and booking of partnership media inventory, ensuring all campaigns are accurately executed and aligned with team objectives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end workflows for .com and app media campaigns, collaborating with internal creative teams and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners.
  • Oversee publishing operations, supporting copy and asset submissions while developing bespoke publishing solutions.
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to project manage the Windows Portfolio, providing commercial insight and operational support.
  • Monitor and support the implementation of commercial strategies, analysing performance and ensuring campaigns align with channel and business objectives.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in campaign or partnership management. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your commercial acumen, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. You bring structure, precision, and creative thinking to everything you do — always striving for operational excellence.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in campaign, media, or partnerships operations, with strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across internal and external teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools such as Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and Trello.
