We are looking for an Insights Manager to be the key point of contact for customer insights across our Fashion, Food & Restaurant divisions.

About The Role

This role will sit within the Customer, Digital & Strategy division and report to the Head of Customer Insights & Analytics.

This Insights Manager role will work with key business stakeholders to create a roadmap of insights projects that drive both long term strategic benefit and shorter-term commercial value.

You will partner with research and analytical specialists within the Insights & Analytics team to deliver projects, ensuring timely and high quality deliverables.

About You

You will be someone who is naturally curious, who thrives on being given a question to answer and identifying the most appropriate insights approach to meet the project objectives.

You should be confident to challenge the business on their requirements and have strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Furthermore, you will be agile and thrive in a fast-moving environment, equally happy tackling larger, more in-depth projects and quick turnaround ad hoc requests.

You will  have experience delivering qualitative and quantitative customer insights projects, and be confident using a visualisation software such as Tableau or PowerBI.

Experience of the retail or luxury sector would be a bonus.
