About You

You will have have both strong experience of and a passion for SQL. You must be proud of what you know but also keen to take your abilities to the next level. We’ll teach you the rest. If you have a background in Statistics, Mathematics or other Sciences, that would be an added bonus.

What to Expect

You will be supporting the Customer Engagement team in designing customer communications strategies, planning contact campaigns and measuring the impact of communications with our customers. The business will consult with you to discover insights and receive suggestions that help them to communicate effectively with our customers. And this means helping deep relationships to grow - we have deeper and longer-lasting relationships with our customers than other companies.

You’ll work in a new and exciting Customer Strategy Department alongside brilliant analysts, strategic thinkers and customer research professionals - at the heart of decision-making across the business. You’ll also get to work with and learn from one of the best data science/economics professors in the world to learn or to grow your skills in causal inference and understanding the impact of activities using ‘clinical trial’-like methodologies.

Thanks to your technical and analytical expertise, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of how to translate business strategies, challenges and opportunities into campaign targeting and benefits. You’ll also be responsible for bringing project work together and developing new ways of targeting and measuring the impact of our campaigns.
