Cyber Security Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a Cyber Security Assurance Analyst to join our IT Team here at Harrods. This role will be responsible for assessing information risk arising from sharing information in Harrods supply chains, identifying suppliers creating the highest risk, and working with legal, procurement and IT vendor management teams to obtain assurance to manage this risk.

This is a fixed term position.

About the Role

As the Cyber Security Assurance Analyst you will be identifying contracts where sensitive information is shared in order to embed cyber security requirements into the vendor contracts working with Legal, Procurement and IT stakeholders. Track to completion remediation actions agreed by suppliers that have been provisionally approved as well as escalate when high consequence risks may be faced through information sharing within the IT supply chain.

You will also;

• Raise awareness of cyber and information risk and related issues in the IT supply chain across IT.
• Collaborate with others in the cyber security and data protection teams on cyber and information security awareness related initiatives
• Participate in the development and maintenance of cyber and information security policy and standards
• Work within the IT Project Management Office governance processes attending key meetings such as Stage Gate to facilitate a thorough view of the IT project portfolio

About You

The ideal candidate previous experience in cyber and information security with a focus in risk assessment and control frameworks. You will be have an analytical approach with strong attention to detail when it comes to you work. Relationship Management is important to this role, it is important that you can strongly demonstrate capability to establish and sustain effective professional relationships at all levels in an organisation. ·

• Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
• Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
