Data Analyst 12 month fixed term contract

About You

An experienced analyst with circa 3 years’ experience using Google Analytics and Adobe Suite. You’ll pride yourself on your ability to account manage your key stakeholders and drive to optimise and balance the data reporting potential of our online platforms both internally and with our key external partner, Farfetch. Ideally you would have worked in conversion rate optimisation before to report on performance of websites and will key business partnerships. This exciting opportunity opens due to a new project, offering great exposure and breadth of content.

You will ideally have the following skills:

  • Experience of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager, comfortable with understanding how the website is tracked and what requirements are needed.
  • Demonstrable experience of project management
  • Able to plan ahead proactively manage conflicting priorities.

What to Expect

  • In this role you will work alongside UX designers, UI designers and the tech team to design build and implement a practice around personalisation and optimisation of client experiences.
  • You’ll guide and impart knowledge for all analytical needs of our online partnership with FarFetch and play a key contact role with them on behalf of Harrods CRM team.
  • You will play a pivotal role in implementing processes and web reporting infrastructure as well as influencing the navigation of the customer online journey.
  • You will partner closely with the wider insights team to share the partnerships web traffic reporting and provide project updates of its development, improvement and implementation.
