We are seeking a creative digital storyteller, with a passion for multimedia to join out Internal Communications team and play a crucial role in elevating our internal campaigns and multimedia notices. Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract, until June 2025.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the design, development, and distribution of multimedia content that brings our internal communications to life. As a key contributor to the internal communications team, you’ll work closely with departments across the company, producing engaging multimedia assets that align with our brand and enhance employee engagement. Reporting to the Senior Colleague Engagement Manager, you’ll help execute impactful campaigns, measure content effectiveness, and keep our internal audiences informed and inspired.
Other responsibilities include:
• Developing and editing visual and video content, including infographics, digital newsletters, and intranet updates, to amplify internal communications.
• Organising and maintaining internal media libraries for efficient content access and distribution.
• Managing updates and content uploads to internal platforms, such as the company intranet and social networks.
• Assisting with multimedia aspects of company events, including live streaming, video recording, and promotional content.
• Crafting compelling materials (presentations, posters, email templates) that drive internal initiatives and communications.
This is a hybrid role based in HMS, with Wednesdays and Thursdays designated as team days. Flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally need to support filming projects and provide ad-hoc event assistance.
About You
You will be an experienced, creative thinker who thrives on crafting engaging, visually captivating content. You bring enthusiasm to each project, collaborating with various teams to understand their needs and develop tailored multimedia solutions. You will be a proactive communicator who can take initiative on projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency throughout your work. Your expertise in digital content and internal communications tools ensures you can manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
You will also have:
• Proficiency in multimedia software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
• Familiarity with internal communications platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Populo.
