The Drybar team at Harrods Knightsbridge are looking for a Drybar Manager to lead our talented styling team and oversee the daily running of our iconic blow‑dry bar. In this role, you will champion exceptional service, drive commercial performance, and cultivate a positive, high‑energy team culture that reflects both the Harrods and Drybar brands.
 
About the Role


As Drybar Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the salon while delivering an elevated guest experience. You will lead from the front, supporting your team on the salon floor, maintaining impeccable standards, and ensuring every client leaves feeling their absolute best.
 
You will manage daily operations, occupancy levels, and white‑space optimisation to maximise revenue. You will ensure full compliance with Harrods and Drybar policies, oversee stock control, and maintain accurate inventory processes.
 
Working closely with the Hair & Beauty Manager, you will support recruitment, conduct interviews and practical assessments, and create personalised training plans. You will collaborate with the Drybar Educator to deliver training, uphold certification standards, and maintain the signature Drybar quality across every service.
 
You will play a key role in enhancing the client journey, resolving concerns, supporting Bartenders with the Booker system, and building strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and multi‑service bookings.
 
You will also:

  • Lead by example on the salon floor, upholding Drybar’s Heart & Soul values
  • Set and communicate KPIs for revenue, retail, repeat bookings, and feedback
  • Maintain team morale and foster a positive, collaborative culture
  • Deliver product training and drive retail performance
  • Conduct troubleshooting sessions and quality checks to maintain Drybar standards
  • Take initiative, prioritise tasks, and ensure the smooth running of the salon

About You


You will be an inspiring leader with a passion for the beauty industry and a natural ability to bring out the best in others. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing operational demands with people‑focused leadership, and you are motivated by achieving strong results across revenue, retail, and client satisfaction.
 
You will also have:

  • At least 1 year of management experience in a salon or similar environment
  • Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with scheduling, rotas, and inventory management
  • Proficiency with industry software (POS Booker, Pabau, Core by Premier)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
  • Level 2–3 NVQ Hair Stylist certification (desirable but not essential)
