Our E-Concession team is looking for an experienced E-Concessions Marketplace Manager to join the team. As someone with a history of business development success within an e-commerce environment, you will have a commercial, strategic and operational view of brand partnership development, preferably across fashion and luxury. 

About the Role

You will build the business element of Harrods’ E-Concession function, signing and on-boarding brand partners onto our concession brand direct operating model. This will encompass catalogue management, production, fulfilment and supply chain. 

You will also be responsible for:

  • Direct brand outreach and pipeline management, engagement and relationship building.
  • Working alongside our Buying teams, you will create and negotiate commercial agreements to sign new brand partners.
  • Partnering with project delivery, you will oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from contracts to delivery on-site.
  • Help define e scope of each E-Concession delivery with Harrods and 3 party project teams.el
  • Ensure requirements and delivery are aligned with Harrods E-Concessions operating model across product, after sales, finance and customer operations.

You will have the opportunity to shape the creation and delivery of our brand, working strategically with luxury brand partners, and create a longer-term brand development roadmap for the e-commerce business. You will engage and inspire people as well as ultimately identify crucial partners for business success. 

About You

You will have strong commercial and brand awareness and significant operational and trading experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within a multi-brand environment. 

You will also have:

  • Clear communication skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation capability
  • Marketplace/drop-ship/supply chain project and delivery experience
  • Experience working alongside operational and technical teams
  • Business development and analysis capability and strong / impactful presentation skills
  • Understanding technology roadmaps, trends and releases
  • Broad business knowledge including commercial, financial awareness so as to manage budget effectively and construct business cases
