Enterprise Services Administrator

We are looking for an Enterprise Services Administrator to join our exceptional team.

Our expert IT team provides support to over 6,000 users within our business. Within this team, our Enterprise Services experts provide technical support for our Enterprise Service environments, VMware Private and Public Cloud, Backup technology and Microsoft Windows Server based systems.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a strong technical background with knowledge and experience of: storage management, Cloud technologies and services, VMware virtualisation, backup technologies, all areas of Active Directory and be considered an expert in the Enterprise Services field. You will be a certified (MCITP, VCP or grater with demonstrable knowledge) subject matter expert in Enterprise Level Architecture and experience and knowledge of the below:

• Experience of major hardware vendors, such as Dell, HP, EMC etc.
• Experience of High Availability and DR environments in a commercially driven business.
• PCI DSS, understands obligations to PCI and how to fulfil them in the most responsible way.
• Systems management and automation tools for provisioning, monitoring and administration
• Proven knowledge of ITIL V3

What to expect

In this exciting role, you will provide guidance and technical support for Harrods’s Enterprise Services including Storage, Backup, Windows and Virtualization technologies being able to influence peers and management to ensure the underlying infrastructure is aligned with business requirements. You will work to ensure maximum service availability and performance through introducing and maintaining best practices including proactive monitoring, reporting and planning. You will contribute to the overall architecture and design of the Harrods Enterprise Infrastructure ensuring the highest level of standards.
