About You
You are a true leader! Someone who is results focused and has a track record in driving KPIs. Solutions orientated and strategy focused, you continually think outside the box to come up with innovative ideas to improve processes and service standards.

What to Expect
Based at Knightsbridge, you’d be directly managing the senior managers in the retail services side of the business. You will be responsible for areas such as Valet Parking, Customer Collections and Left Luggage, Lost Property, Staff Parcels and Employee Locker Rooms, Services Concessions, the iconic Harrods Green Men and the Hosts. You would also be responsible for ensuring the wider team are kept motivated and you will strive to develop and build on business strategies.
