We are looking for an HR Service Assistant to join our HR Operations Team in a fix term contract of 6 months. As a HR Services Assistant you will deliver excellent support to our colleagues. You will efficiently manage all activity relating to the employee lifecycle in line with policy, SLAs and our values. The role will also provide first class generalist HR advice, coach and empower Managers and employees to drive self-service, whilst demonstrating compliance, consistency and accuracy at all times.

About you

 

You will be experienced across HR services and systems with the confidence to coach and upskill leaders and colleagues to good customer outcomes. You will have credibility and the ability to manage and build relationships, both with your business area and senior members of the HR team.

 

You will be able to manage your case load, ensuring that all process and policy questions are owned and actioned timely and accurately. You will have the desire and ambition to develop yourself as a HR professional, becoming a super user in Workday.

 

More specifically we’re looking for someone with:

· Attention to detail

· Initiative, inquisitive and solution focused approach

· Able to process high volumes of work accurately yet to deadline

· Customer Service skills with experience in handling high volumes of calls

· Expert knowledge of HR policy and employee lifecycle processes

· Basic understanding of Employment Law

· Working knowledge of the HR Systems used within Harrods. Knowledge of Workday desirable
