About You

We are looking for an exceptional HR professional who has operated as a strategic Business Partner within a fast paced and progressive environment. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of driving sustained change and business improvement in previous roles. You will be recognised for your ability to influence and coach senior leadership and credibly position yourself as a trusted advisor. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills and the ability to support business strategy through effective people planning.

You will be passionate about the contribution colleague engagement and employee experience can make to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Through close partnership you will collaborate with the HR COEs to support the delivery of your business areas people priorities but also contribute to corporate people strategy.

What to Expect

The successful candidate will report into the HR Operations Director and will partner our Retail Director and Retail leadership team to deliver their people priorities. Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:  People Planning, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Organisation Effectiveness & Change Management, Relationship Management & Partnering.
