The partnership between Frantzén Group and Harrods is a monumental milestone in Harrods restaurant agenda. We are bringing the gastronomy of Studio Frantzén to the UK for the first time while unveiling a state-of-the-art flagship restaurant within our Knightsbridge store. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen Culinary Admin to join this passionate, supporting and successful team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Culinary Admin, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations at Studio Frantzen, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our culinary team. 
The main accountabilities of this role centre around Administration, SAP Supervision and stakeholder management. You’ll be assisting in managing kitchen schedules, including staff rotations, breaks, and time-off requests. You’ll be creating, maintaining, and amending all recipes in Qadex and checking migration in SAP is accurate, as well as building and updating articles and allergens items. 
You’ll foster effective communication and collaboration between kitchen staff, management, and other departments. You’ll monitor and update inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. By liaising with the Buying team, you’ll ensure a clean and accurate movement of stock, keeping the Stock Operations Manager informed of outstanding issues. Preparing reports and documentation as required by management will be also part of your responsibilities. 
About You
You’ll be a valuable team player with a strong track record of similar roles. Ideally, you’ll have experience using SAP and QADEX or a similar system. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with other business areas in your day to day. You’ll have good analytical skills and with excellent attention to detail. Having solid PC skills is a must, being particularly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
