We are looking for an outstanding Learning Partner to join our industry renowned Learning & Talent team based at our iconic Knightsbridge store. We are in the midst of an exciting time here at Harrods as we pave the way to ensure that our teams are all aligned to help us ‘redefine luxury’. The role will involve taking full responsibility for developing and executing our Retail learning agenda and Business-wide management development programmes. You will report into the Head of Talent & Development and be accountable for delivering the Learning and Development strategy for our Retail directorate.

As a Learning Partner, you will work in partnership with our Retail HR Business Partners to ensure we have a comprehensive and fit-for-purpose learning plan in place. In order to develop and implement this plan you will be working in collaboration with our Senior Retail team creating and bringing to fruition learning interventions that meet learning needs, ensuring maximum engagement and tangible results for the function. The role requires you to build strong relationships with the Retail teams to influence and guide the learning journeys.   The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in domains such as organisational, leadership, talent and management development.

The role will also be accountable for our business-wide People Mananagment Programme. Our ambitious plan to build the people management capability of all of our line managers at Harrods.

You will need to engage a broad range of stakeholders across multiple project streams, so you will need to have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing and project management skills including research, design, hands on delivery and evaluation within management development programmes. 

To be successful, you must have proven experience of having led and created innovative blended learning solutions to develop people management capability ideally within a consumer, service or retail environment. You will demonstrate full lifecycle project management, including research, design, delivery and evaluation.
