About You
You are friendly and confident in speaking with clients and building relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.  You are highly organised, can multitask and have a strong eye for detail. You have an interest in the luxury lifestyle industry and have strong communication and admin skills with a good understanding of project management.

What to Expect
You will be responsible for assisting in the fulfilment of all day to day lifestyle requests of Harrods’ top tier customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional, tailor-made and innovative service offering.

You will arrange clients’ everyday requests including luxury product sourcing, flower and cake deliveries, travel logistics and access to sporting, cultural and music events. Furthermore, you will act as a runner to ensure that clients receive their products and services on time.

Thanks to your strong interpersonal skills, you will communicate directly with suppliers to fulfill requests and build working relationships across the business with teams such as Personal Shopping.

Highly organised, efficient with excellent attention to detail you will execute customer projects from initial consultation to delivery. Monitoring all project related activity, you will ensure that it meets agreed objectives, budgets and timescales. You will also monitor all spending on the Lifestyle related corporate cards and ensure all sales are reconciled and costs accounted for.
