We are looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to join the Loyalty & CRM team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the MyBeauty programme and promotional strategy while championing customer loyalty best practices across the business.
About the Role
This role will see you focus on driving MyBeauty member acquisition, promotion engagement, customer value and retention while continuing to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
You will also be:
- Responsible for the execution of MyBeauty propositions
- Representing the MyBeauty programme within Harrods and H beauty, responsible for briefing relevant teams with the creative development of MyBeauty programme, promotional assets, and brand guidelines.
- Consulting with stakeholders from across the Beauty Marketing, Trade, Retail, Buying, and Partnerships teams to support their objectives with relevant activations and share results and insight with senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the Loyalty Marketing Manager and Loyalty Operations manager in driving the evolution of the MyBeauty programme.
- Overseeing the set up and delivery of MyBeauty promotions and business processes.
- Collaborating with the Loyalty Insights team to generate actionable insights on our customers.
- Ensuring that all programme activity is targeted and measurable, using data and research.
About You
You will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, media or communications, related field, or equivalent work experience. You will have previous experience in strategic development and stakeholder engagement as these are key in excelling in the role. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of loyalty customer insights and beauty loyalty programme and promotion trends to support the evolution of the MyBeauty loyalty programme.
You will also have the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail.
- Confidence in presenting and justifying promotion and campaign concepts.
- Understanding of how loyalty systems work and how they can be improved to better loyalty promotions from a programme and customer journey perspective.
- Previous experience in using loyalty systems, including SMC (SAP Marketing Cloud), SAP, and Annex Cloud systems an asset- Annex cloud is key.
- A commercial mindset and be able to forecast, budget and manage a cost centre
