Manager (Ecommerce Picking and Re-pack)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our Distribution Centre in Thatcham. Our .com re-pack operation plays an integral role in the delivery of our online distribution and ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience, we work together, and we win together in bringing moments of magic to our customers.

This position works varied shifts between 7am-11pm Monday to Sunday and with regular weekend work.

About You

You will be an experienced people manager, used to leading and inspiring teams to deliver excellence daily.  You will be knowledgeable of .com supply chain management and motivated to prove yourself and add value to a business in a fast paced and exciting environment. You will be able to work flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to the changing demands of the role. An accountable and inspirational manager, you will pride yourself and your team on the quality of your work and ability to build strong working relationships through building trust.  You will have expertise to offer to develop and improve our Re-pack manual and automated function. Confident in communicating with Online Trading Teams to keep our online stock management reports accurate and our online product presentation, accurate and transparent for our customers. You will be comfortable analysing ways in which the TVDC online pick operation could be more efficient through better use of technology and inventory placement with the Distribution centre, striving to exceed breaking down barriers and innovating our business.

What to expect

The Online Picking and Re-pack Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely pick of all online orders generated from Harrods warehouse in Thatcham. In addition to this, the Online Picking and Re-pack Manager is responsible for the Re-pack function on our automated packing equipment. This individual must ensure that customer orders are presented to the packing teams in accordance with our SLA’s and quality measures to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
