Lash and Brow Specialist

Our Hair and Beauty Salon is looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist with Lash and Brow expertise to bring their experience to the team on a 30-hour weekly basis.

The Salon itself is a serene and tranquil beauty space, giving unrivalled access to exclusive treatments and must-have products from the world’s most innovative beauty brands.

About the Role 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of lash and brow services, including lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, threading, waxing and much more! Demonstrated experience in these treatments is essential. You will build excellent rapport with clients, creating a trusted and welcoming environment, while working closely with the team to ensure the highest standards of service and confidentiality at all times.

Amongst the fast pace of the salon, you will create an intimate and calm experience for the client, whilst showing a sensitive and attentive nature towards them. You will also provide your expertise in advising the right products and treatments for your client. 

About You 

You will have experience working within a luxury market with exposure to a high-end clientele, whilst upholding a high standard of discretion. You will be committed to carrying out beauty treatments with due care, attention and sensitivity to the patient’s needs while building a loyal client base.

You will also need:

• To be qualified in CIDESCO, CIDBTAC or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
• To demonstrate an interest and knowledge of market trends. 
• The ability to perform treatments on both male and female clients.
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers alike. 
• Extensive knowledge of our treatments, services and products within our Salon.
