Merchandise Data Administrator Food & Beverage (6 month FTC)

We are looking for a Merchandise Data Administrator to join our Food & Beverage department.

The Food and Beverages Administrator will review data from across the department. Using your keen eye for detail you will identify any discrepancies, providing solutions in order to maintain the data integrity. 

Your excellent organisation skills will aid in ensuring that all article maintenance is correct via SAP/PIM and when monitoring the MSS sheets. Furthermore, you will identify any issues within the system and make sure a solution is always reached.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are a priority in this role. You will be required to maintain relationships across all levels across the buying team, Kitchens and IT as well as on an external level.  In addition to this you will be confident in providing SAP procedure training to all new restaurant managers joining the business.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be confident in providing a high level of customer care throughout the buying community.
