Part Time Transaction Assistant

About you

Accurate and process driven that strives being part of a team.

As a Transaction Assistant you will support the selling team with processing all transactions that come through Personal Shopping, making sure they are all packed and arranged deliveries all over the world. You will also work closely with Stock Controllers to make sure stock is sent back to the shop floor accordingly.

As this is a key part of our customer journey it’s important to us that you’re able to complete complex transactions promptly and accurately. Knowledge of export and shopping regulations is ideal but not essential.

You will be proactive and capable of working with incomplete information, but also possess team work skills as this will be a key part of your role within By Appointment.

Our By Appointment team are together making the impossible, possible by creating magic to our customers across all areas in the store. This role is two days a week. You mus be available to work Friday-Sunday.
