About You
With upstanding planning and organisation skills, you will have had previous experience within a similar role providing instrumental support and project management to a similar function. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and our meticulous brands and will ensure smooth scheduling and bookings are managed within our teams.

You will be a diligent administrator, demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience working within luxury retail will be an added advantage. A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel will also set you apart in the process.   


What to Expect
In order to be successful in this role, you will work to gain a strong understanding of all media specifications and selling sites across the Harrods Media portfolio.

As well this, you will also have responsibility for the following tasks and more.

  • Work directly with our brands to create, submit and process creative and channel briefs/assets across the Digital Media portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure assets and scheduling for CRM, Social and Online are honoured on time.
     
  • Provide corresponding administrative support including liaising with Legal, Insights, Channel Planners and Performance Marketing, chasing copy/brand assets etc.
     
  • Work closely with the Senior Planning and Operations Executive and Media Content Manager, you will also monitor availability, options and upcoming digital channel bookings. You’ll set and enforce selling deadlines and ensure these are met to make sure operations process can begin in a timely manner. Working collaboratively with Account managers to ensure positive and successful partnerships and ongoing brand relationships.
