We are looking for a Personal Shopping Coordinator to join our dynamic Personal Shopping team. Reporting to the Personal Shopping Manager, the Personal Shopping Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Personal Shoppers and will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver the highest level of service in each and every interaction.
About the Role
This role will include managing the department’s stock movement, with the primary focus being on streamlining and monitoring stock movement processes, internally amongst various shop floor departments and efficient stock delivery to clients.
As well as the following:
- Ensure that all requests are managed in a timely manner, always working to exceed expectations and produce fantastic results for the team, delivering the defined KPI’s and SLA’s.
- Follow all compliance and security protocols including but not limited to security device removal, Sunday trading guidelines, special pass dockets.
- Stock movement between Harrods sites, including dispatch, customer collection points, Trevor Square and customer car park.
- Oversee departmental stock counts to identify stock holding and ensure stock is returned to Concession and Own Bought departments in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage any stock related discrepancies, keeping the Personal Shopping Managers informed of outstanding issues to ensure that these are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Work closely with both Own Bought stock control teams and Concession operational teams to maintain transparent and effective communication channels, keeping up to date stock trackers and communicating back to Concessions and other departments in a timely manner.

About You
As a Personal Shopping Coordinator, you will be expected to support with the operational side of the client journey; processing transactions, packing and handling client orders, and taking packages to Dispatch throughout the day.
You will also:
- Be able to demonstrate detailed systems knowledge and have detailed till knowledge, working without errors, and using your knowledge to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Have the skills to multitask, working on set tasks whilst answering incoming phone calls and emails.
- Have a thorough, global understanding of stock data inventory to carry out related tasks proficiently.
- Possesses fantastic teamwork and relationship building skills, working with many different stakeholders within the business in an effort to produce effective results.
- Be able to use all till functions and support services (after training) to process all transactions including dispatch, export, alterations, dynamic currency conversion, card on file and the multiple payment options available to our clients.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues from other departments across the store including but not limited to - transaction services, high value transaction team, dispatch team.
