H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with a champagne bar, blow dry bar, interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors. 

As a newly created role, the Regional Training Manager will be accountable for the deliverance of the H beauty Training Strategy, which you design and course correct with the Head of H beauty Retail and the General Store Managers. You will be responsible for the deliverance of trainings for H beauty team members, to enable them to be able to deliver market lead customer experiences in store. As a Regional Training Manager, you will be driven by your passion for our customers and the beauty world; provide engaging, resourceful content. 

About the Role

Working with the General Store Managers you will enable strong brand performance as well as strategically plan ahead for brand launches, key moments and events – a key part of this role is also the H beauty onboarding, which you design, refine and deliver in collaboration with our Learning and Development centre of excellence. 

You will be accountable for your specific discipline’s KPIs for all H beauty units. The Regional Training Manager should demonstrate an ability to work remotely and plan time effectively across a large geographic area.

Responsibilities will include:
•    Understanding and being an integral advocate for the overall retail strategy to ensure deliverance of H beauty servicing standards.
•    Working alongside and with Learning and Development guidance in the delivery of H beauty tailored Onboarding on a monthly basis. 
•    Being fully accountable for the successful design, implementation and deliverance of the H beauty Training Strategy.
•    Identifying any areas of opportunity for training with the relevant in store teams, ensuring the selling team is trained and well versed in the promotional activities. 
•    Identifying areas of support/improvement to allow education across the service provided and to tailor training according to customer feedback. 

About You

You will have the ability to inspire and empower people to create magic. Through your work, you will support our vision to not only drive revenue but bring the Harrods story and premium experience to our customers. With experience in program design & management, you will be curious to understand and analyse the effectiveness of your trainings. You will be an industry expert with comprehensive product knowledge, always at the forefront of beauty trends.

This role is in line with store opening hours operating 5 out of 7 days, therefore you must be available to support store across weekends and Bank Holidays.
