Rolex Host

We are currently recruiting for a Host to work within our Rolex boutique within Harrods.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Rolex sales team in providing a seamless and comfortable environment for our clients. You will be responsible for keeping the boutique calendar up to date so that our clients are invited in accordingly and appropriately and are seen to in a timely manner, whilst making them feel comfortable when being seen to by a member Rolex sales team.

About you

As a Host for Rolex your main role will be to ensure clients are provided a luxurious experience throughout their visit by greeting clients (by name where possible), determining the nature of their visit, and introducing clients to the appropriate colleague or department.

You will also be responsible for efficiently managing department traffic by clearly communicating wait times to clients and boutique staff.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have the below

• You will have up-to-date knowledge of the Fine Watch market and a passion for Fine Watches
• Strong PC literacy (Outlook Email and Outlook Calendar), experience in managing a calendar is preferable
• Experience in compiling and analysing statistics to determine trends and productivity levels would be an added benefit
• Strong customer service focus when dealing with both physical and digital clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task
