We’re looking for an exceptional Retail Sales Associate to join our Rolex, on a permanent full time basis.

Fundamental requirements will be:

Minimum one year selling experience in the fine watch industry
Experience of cross-selling Rolex watches
To be a dynamic and self-driven individual with proven track record of exceeding targets (sales and KPIs)
An active client data-base
To proactively drive sales through building long-term client relationships
To have strong inter-personal skills with proven ability to put customers at ease and understand client needs
To consistently strive to deliver unique client experiences and memorable moments
Experience in resolving client complaints independently and proactively
To be a team-player, both within the boutique and across the wider-department
Ability to work any 5 days out of 7
