Runner

We are now looking for Runners to join our front of house team to elevate the dining experience of our guests. Join us in creating memorable experiences and be part of something spectacular as we set the standard for luxury dining worldwide.

About the Role 

The Runner reports to the Head Waiter, Supervisor, or Restaurant Manager. They have a strong understanding of the restaurant’s operational needs and are responsible for supporting smooth service delivery alongside the waiting and running teams. Their contribution helps ensure that the highest standards are consistently maintained.

This role has a strong focus on operational excellence, with the key aim of helping to deliver a world-class restaurant experience. Main responsibilities include supporting the restaurant team by delivering food to guests’ tables promptly and ensuring that guest satisfaction remains at the forefront of everything we do.

About You 

You’ll be a trusted team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great guest experiences.

You will also have: 

• Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
• Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods and brand values.
• Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
