What to expect

You will be responsible for looking after several well-known brands across the department, most of them concessions, achieving business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand. Inspiring team members  to deliver exceptional sales and service, you will display excellent leadership skills, identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. Proactive and attentive, you will also track employee engagement in your department, ensuring that your team is committed to our impeccable standards.
