We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Photographer within our e-commerce studio team - a chance to take that next step in your photography career while shaping the work and growth of others around you. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contact.

About the Role

As Senior Photographer, you’ll play a key part in driving the quality and consistency of Harrod’s imagery across e-commerce and campaign projects. This role is about stepping into a position of influence - leading by example on set, supporting junior photographers in their development, and working closely with studio leads and managers to keep raising the bar. You’ll also collaborate across the wider creative studio, helping us refine workflows and explore new approaches to deliver even stronger results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring junior photographers to grow in their roles.
  • Producing high-quality imagery for e-commerce, campaigns, and creative projects.
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets brand standards.
  • Providing confident on-set direction to capture the right mood and vision.
  • Helping to shape and improve studio workflows for greater efficiency and creativity.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week at our City Road location.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

This role is perfect if you’re looking to step up into leadership, bringing your technical expertise together with the ability to guide and inspire others. You’ll be confident under pressure, proactive in solving problems, and motivated by the chance to make a wider impact on both the team and the studio’s output.

You should also bring:

  • Strong technical skills in studio lighting, equipment, and editing software.
  • A proven ability to support and develop colleagues in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, from time management to asset archiving.
