Our Supply Chain function has a new and exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Solutions and Product Owner to play a leading role in shaping and driving innovation across the Supply Chain and Distribution functions.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Solutions and Product Owner, you will a manage multiple teams, consisting of a Project Management team and a Solutions Management team, with the responsibility for setting and leading the Supply Chain innovation programme of work, within the appropriate governance processes, that you will define.

As the innovative driving force of the functions, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive global supply chain solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of supply chain processes, technology, and industry best practices.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the development of products and solutions from start to finish, ensuring that they are aligned to the company’s goals and objectives. You will be solely responsible for determining & delivering the overall vision of our entire global operating models, as well as driving continuous improvements within a lean methodology; ensuring that these solutions will continue to support the ever-changing needs of our internal teams, and our customers.

About You 

You will be someone who possesses an analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions, as well as have the drive and motivation to shape the overall strategy and bring new ideas in. You will also be an individual who has strong experience in managing large projects and multiple projects simultaneously, as well as have strong knowledge of supply chain technologies and a track record of successful technology integration.
