Waiter

We’re currently looking for wait staff to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty family at The Champagne Bar in Newcastle.

Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre not only to the beauty market but also to the dining industry through our H beauty standalone stores across the UK.

As this is not a normal beauty hall, we are bringing on board some of the highest profile partners in the business and aspire to provide a world class dining experience all within our unique H beauty playgrounds. 

About the Role 

Our Front of House teams set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Restaurants family. Waiters across Harrods are flexible to our customers’ needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.

They know what it means to go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. In this role, you’ll be assisting the Management team in running the restaurant effectively by maintaining high service standards and maximising sales, exceeding customer expectations.

About You

You’ll be a trusted team player who has a strong track record of hospitality experience, with time spent working at a high end bar or café environment. Having great knowledge and a passion for food and drink, you’ll have the ability to perform duties effectively and at the highest standards with minimum supervision and guidance. 

You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail. By being cool, calm and collected, you’ll be able to manage all kinds of situations and think on your feet.
