We are looking for an individual to provide vital administrative support to ensure the efficient flow of goods through the relevant area of the supply chain in which they are employed.

About You

The job holder will provide consistent workflow through to the operational team by the appropriate processing of all incoming documentation and ensure all goods receiving paperwork is processed in a timely manner ensuring all documentation is completed by the end of the working day. You will need a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties

You will produce comprehensive daily booking reports and communicate them to the business and ensure all transfer orders/warehouse tasks for picks and put aways are confirmed on SAP and you will ensure that vendor non-compliance issues are raised with relevant buying offices and appropriate charges raised.
