Alexander McQueen Assistant Business Manager

We are currently recruiting an Assistant Business Manager opportunity with Coty Luxury for Alexander McQueen.

The role will involve having shared accountability with the Business Manager for the KPI performance of the counter and the management and ongoing development of the team, whilst building strong relations with all levels of host store management and teams. As a Brand Ambassador, you will ensure the brands positioning as a true luxury brand is maintained. 

You will work with the Business Manager and Retail Area Manager to ensure all staff are coached and developed on an ongoing basis using all tools available and conducting regular staff reviews. 

As Assistant Business Manager, you will need to communicate effectively a high level of commercial understanding about your counter performance, and when the performance dictates make fact based recommendations to improve the business.

You must have had previous experience working within Fragrance to be considered for this position.
